She ran on it until after a long run her foot ended up swollen. After a trip to the doctor she ended up having a hairline crack in her ankle too! Now she will be helping me from the sidelines. Occasionally she will still have problems and after a few days wearing the band again, he foot feels better. She doesn't run; however, it wouldn't hurt to try it!
