We've got rosemary in the ground which I use mostly fresh as well. And a large container of basil (which never seems to be enough for me!)<br /><br />I'm thinking of trying to preserve some of my herbs this year though. I'm considering freezing. I love to puree the basil with olive oil and sometimes also with parsley and freeze it in ice cube trays.<br /><br />Dill seeds are easy to harvest.
