But I am happy to report that I sorted through the piles, tossed any non-necessities, stored away my kids' artwork and some Christmas decorations, filed some financial documents, found a new home for some puzzles, and cleared the way for fresh thinking and productivity.
Commenter, KrantCents, wrote "if my desk is messy it affects my thinking." I totally agree. If I want to nail my 2012 goals, then I need a clean space to think, create, and execute.
