Resolve to Clean Off Your Desk

Last week, I gave you a snapshot of my messy desk in my Keeping It Real post. It was quite a sight.

But I am happy to report that I sorted through the piles, tossed any non-necessities, stored away my kids' artwork and some Christmas decorations, filed some financial documents, found a new home for some puzzles, and cleared the way for fresh thinking and productivity.

Commenter, KrantCents, wrote "if my desk is messy it affects my thinking." I totally agree. If I want to nail my 2012 goals, then I need a clean space to think, create, and execute.

What does your desk look like? Take a moment (or two) and clean it off. Let us know in the comments how good you felt afterwards.
