If you haven't heard, food and grocery prices are expected to rise over the next few months. My goal is to always save my family money, but not sacrifice the quality of food that we eat. That is sometimes a challenge, but it's a worthy one.

I'm really looking forward to this! It seems impossible to save money now that we've stopped buying processed foods and lactose free milk. It seems the stuff I *do* buy there are never coupons for and I have a hard time trying to predict sales!
